Loup Deflandre

For this film, I was Joana Georgi's support and eyes, revealing her ideas and intentions for the film.
I would say that I shot a lot of things intuitively. Of course, I knew that I wanted to maintain a consistent image quality throughout the film, but each scene had little preparation beforehand in terms of what we were going to shoot and who would be there on set.
You had to be on your toes all the time, on the lookout for the best image, the best shot, while keeping in mind that you had to sublimate what the protagonists were trying to say and express at any given moment (sometimes unconsciously).
I'd say that my work on this film is very similar to documentary photography. But with 24 frames per second and a whole team behind to support the image, the sound and the direction of the protagonists.
This film is a team effort right to the end!
